Returns & Refunds
We hope that you will love every piece you buy! However in the rare occurrence that you receive your order with any defects please contact us immediately and we will either refund or replace your order. Our Refund policy is 14 days from receiving your purchase. In order to qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn and must have labels and tags still attached. Any SALE items purchased cannot be returned or refunded.
Process for Return. The item must be returned to Melanie Gissing Design (Dubai) at the cost of the purchaser. The item will be checked and then a refund or replacement can be processed. The refund amount will be excluding any shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
